Further Information

Having all experienced some form of mental illness we have a good idea of the challenges that are faced by people with mental health issues. We do recognise that we all have different experiences and will always listen without judging. We offer practical support and assistance wrapped up in some much needed fun.

We organise twice weekly meetings at the Hope Yard Cafe, as well as day trips to local and more distant attractions.

Meetings take place every Tuesday and Thursday 10:30 – 12:30 when we meet in Hope Yard Cafe, Micklegate, Selby.

During 2017, from 25th January every Wednesday evening we are running the Hope Creative Cafe 4:30 – 7:00pm at the Hope Yard Cafe providing a space to come and have a coffee, a bite to eat, a chat, and get creative.

Contact us through our email or just drop in to one of the coffee mornings at Hope Yard Cafe.
