When you come to a drop-in session or phone Adviceline you will have a ‘gateway assessment’ which takes around 10-15 minutes. You will be asked for details about your enquiry and our assessor will identify the most appropriate way we can help you. This could be helping you find and understand the relevant information, pointing you to a specialist organisation or making an appointment with one of our advisers. We offer appointments throughout the week which can be booked after you have had a gateway assessment.
