Advocacy Yorkshire

Advocacy Yorkshire is an advocacy service which helps prevent waiting lists
and bridge gaps within service provision by providing eligible vulnerable
adults with advocacy on an ad hoc basis, in the Selby district and anywhere
across Yorkshire & The Humber. This is usually when those clients are placed
outside the area of the local authority which funds them. They are then often
not covered by an existing advocacy contract, which usually only covers the
local area.
